From the ladies in the office gently reminding me of a bill I forgot to pay instead of sending it to collections to the owner himself (a master technician by the way) coming out to fix our air when another company didn't (and wouldn't respond to texts or calls!). They came out first thing the morning after we called at 6 pm, drove all over town to get the part we needed, and had us back up and running by 4. The best. I'll never recommend anyone else.
We woke up on a Saturday to our ac unit blowing hot air overnight. Called Spiker at 8 am on a Saturday, left a message, and quickly received a call back. Jay was out by 11:45 and we had cold air on by 12:15. It did help that it was an easy part to replace and it was not busy season, but they were extremely easy to work with and fairly priced. I will be using Spiker again for any HVAC needs.
